The Allentown-Robbinsville Girl Scouts will be holding their 14th Annual Spring Food Drive on Saturday, May 5. Food collected will help support the Robbinsville Food Pantry, located at the Robbinsville Senior Center and the Allentown Food Pantry, located at the Allentown Presbyterian Church. There are two ways to be part of our Food Drive. If you receive a flyer at your house, all you have to do is put a bag of food on your front porch by 8 a.m. Saturday morning and it will be picked up and brought to the respective pantry. If you do not receive a flyer nonperishable food items can be dropped off at either food pantry. The Robbinsville Food Pantry will be collecting from 8-11 a.m. and currently is very low on these items: pasta, pasta sauce, side dishes (rice, noodles, and potatoes), juice boxes, coffee, tea, deodorant, cleaning products, and bar soap/shower soap liquid.
